Following the victory of the Islamic Revolution in Iran, a profound ideological transformation took place across the country. This transformation significantly influenced the presence of women in social, cultural, political, and economic spheres. The Vice Presidency for Women of the Islamic Republic of Iran was established as part of this broader shift. However, the institution still lacks a favorable public image among various segments of society. Improving the public perception of the Vice Presidency for Women would bring numerous benefits to the country—chief among them increased public awareness of its goals and broader support from both the public and other institutions.
