KHANA hosted a meeting of a group of elites from Uzbekistan and Pakistan
On Monday, September 7, KHANA hosted an exclusive gathering of top students from Uzbekistan and Pakistan, alongside members of think tanks from Iran, China, and Diplomacy of Nations. The central theme was exploring pathways for scientific collaboration between Iran and these two neighboring countries. Uzbek students expressed how visiting Iranian universities and witnessing their research capacities had deepened their enthusiasm to study and pursue projects in Iran. Iranian participants emphasized the potential for launching joint study camps and online workshops as platforms to strengthen academic ties. Students from both Uzbekistan and Pakistan also highlighted their admiration for Iran’s culture, history, and architecture, noting how their firsthand experience reshaped perceptions of Iran as a safe and advanced country. KHANA has set out to initiate broad scientific linkages aimed at expanding intellectual diplomacy, and this significant session with outstanding scholars from multiple nations marked an important step in that direction.
