Analysis of the Development of Artificial Intelligence in the United States and Providing Strategic Recommendations in This Field with the Aim of Enhancing AI Policy-Making in Iran
Abstract
With the rapid expansion of communication and information technologies, distinguishing the boundary between reality and the virtual space has become increasingly difficult. Currently, these spaces have become an inseparable part of human life. In this context, the emergence of new technologies based on artificial intelligence, especially with recent significant advancements, has accelerated this trend and created new boundaries in how humans perceive and experience reality. In fact, artificial intelligence has emerged as a turning point in technological developments, and its impacts are increasingly extending to all aspects of human life, from culture, business, and economics to education, politics, and the arts.
